With the standardization of system design and development process and the development of system design and development tools,the system design and development cycle is greatly shortened,but the burden of test work has not been alleviated,and the test efficiency needs to be improved.Because there is an iterative relationship between different stages of design and development,the defects of the system are discovered later,and the cost of repairing the defects is greater.The design and development ideas of“test forward" are widely advocated,and the corresponding design and development process models are emerging..The system analysis design phase is the key stage of the system design and development process.At this time,the system has not yet been formed.It is necessary to advance the test to this stage.How to guide the system analyst to standardize the design test case becomes a major problem to be solved.Metadata,also known as "data about data",is generally used to maintain and manage data.It can also be used as a data model to complete communication between designers and developers.Therefore,metadata is used as a driver to guide system analysts to design test cases according to system design model and system business process,and form a set of universal testing mechanism,which can enable system analysts to design test cases.More standardized design can also help analysts to find defects in system design as soon as possible,which is conducive to improving test efficiency,releasing system software products as soon as possible,and seizing the market in time.At the same time,it has guiding significance for other system testing research.The information system test mainly begins after the system is built.At this time,it is necessary to find and correct the hidden dangers buried in the system analysis stage.It is necessary to move some test work of the information system software part to the system analysis and design stage.Effectively solve this problem.Another problem faced in moving some of the testing work to the system analysis and design phase is the lack of effective testing mechanism support.To this end,this paper takes the metadata drive as the starting point,and builds the structural model of the test mechanism with the improved W test model.System analysis and design according to requirements generate database metadata,associate metadata with business logic to design test cases,and then use the built test mechanism to generate test cases,and then achieve the goal of test forward.Specifically,the test mechanism is based on the metadata of the database design,extracting and analyzing the metadata from the Oracle database data dictionary,and developing a test case generation tool using Java tools to implement the tested test mechanism.Apply the established testing mechanism to the analysis and design of the actual procurement and distribution system to form a complete set of test cases to guide the subsequent development and testing.Practice shows that the testing mechanism established in this paper plays a role in improving development efficiency and quality,can effectively control the development cycle and cost,and achieve the expected goals.At the same time,the established mechanism is of certain versatility and plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of information system development.
