Engineering project management is to carry out fund and data management,project planning,project schedule control,project personnel scheduling,construction unit management and graphical report generation for multiple engineering projects through scientific and effective methods.With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the continuous expansion of construction projects,the issues considered in project management are becoming more and more complex,and the growth rate of project-related information is staggering.Then consider how to use computer technology to improve the efficiency of project management,balance project expenditures and project benefits,scientific investment budget,consider how to use controllable resources(manpower,materials,machines,time,funds),scientifically under certain conditions planning and setting project objectives(progress,capital,quality),and in-depth dynamic analysis of specific project data,effective control of project implementation,with the least possible investment,to obtain maximum benefits,will have great reality significance.The project management system implemented in this paper is developed with Vue framework in the front desk and Java language in the back desk,mainly using Spring Book framework;the system uses My Sql database to store data;the system also uses Redis to cache hot data to improve query efficiency;the system uses Nginx server and Tomcat server to achieve load balancing.The system uses simplex algorithm to solve the personnel scheduling problem and Floyd algorithm to solve the optimal routing problem of material transportation.The system uses a linear regression model to predict the temperature of the project.In order to improve the stability and availability of the system,this paper designs and implements many performance indicators,which greatly improves the system performance.This paper divides the project management system into seven modules,namely project management module,system management module,data management module,reminder management module,personnel scheduling module,intelligent monitoring module and material transportation module.The project management module,system management module and data management module also contain several sub-modules.In this paper,the requirements of each module of the project management system are analyzed in detail,and seven key modules are selected for detailed design and implementation.
