Abstract/Summary:
UVC-LED,i.e.,deep ultraviolet LED.When UVC-LED products rushed into the market,the application development and sterilization efficiency of UVC-LED package module becomes an important problem to be facing.Combining UVC-LED package module to study the efficiency of UVC-LED sterilization,it will bring great scientific basis and realistic significance for the development and design of its products.In order to analyze the preliminary development design and sterilization efficiency of UVC-LED package module application products.Then,there are two key research works to be carried out: on the one hand,based on the thermal,optical and electrical design analysis of the UVC-LED package module,the packaging structure design of the UVC-LED module is discussed;on the other hand,develop specific sterilization experiments with UVC-LED package modules,and analyze the sterilization efficiency of the module.The research contents and main conclusions are summarized as follows:1)Building a testing structure for the UVC-LED package module.Investigate the design method of UVC-LED module and the research status under the relevant module design.Combining with the current application mechanism analysis,the test structure of the UVC-LED package module is put forward.And under the reliability design of the package structure,the research work of the sterilization efficiency is deeply carried out.2)Developing structural design and simulation analysis of UVC-LED package module.Based on theoretical research,the UVC-LED package module is designed.The thermal and optical simulation analysis is developed by means of the thermal software Workbench and the optical software Tracepro.Then,confirmed the rationality of heat and light design from the package module.And it preliminary verification meets the requirements for heat dissipation and light uniformity of the package module,and the need for irradiance in the experiment.3)Conducting electrical design of the UVC-LED module and reliability analysis of the package module.Based on the preliminary model determined by thermal and optical simulation,the experimental UVC-LED package module is designed and determined.And through the reliability analysis of the module,the reliability of thermal performance,optical performance and electrical performance are verified to ensure the effective development of sterilization experiments.4)Analyzing the sterilization efficiency of UVC-LED package module.Focusing on 260 nm and 280 nm UVC-LEDs,supplemented by 360 nm and 390 nm UVA-LEDs,thepackage is encapsulated to explore the inactivation effect of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.And using the wavelength of 260 nm or 280 nm UVC-LED lamp beads to disinfect,they can bring 99.9% sterilization efficiency in one minute irradiation.Moreover,the 280 nm wavelength lamp beads will bring higher sterilization efficiency due to the higher UV intensity.It is better for the current UVC-LED sterilization application market.5)Proposing a rational design of UVC-LED products.Through the near-surface sterilization experiment,the UVC-LED package module can provide excellent sterilization efficiency for the sterilization of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.When the UVC-LED package module is designed with 280 nm wavelength lamp beads with relatively high luminous power.It can reach more than 99% in a short time and small area.The inactivation efficiency has a strong application value for near and small surface UVC-LED sterilization applications.The UVC-LED package module in this paper has great help for the packaging design of UVC-LED products.The module has also achieved obvious sterilization effects in the sterilization experiment.It has a deeper understanding and understanding of the application mechanism of the UVC-LED package module in sterilization.And though the study of this paper,it can give certain reference value and research significance for the development and design of UVC-LED packaging products in the later stage.
