| As the authoritative department of information dissemination,news media's transformation of information dissemination and transmission mode is conducive to maintaining the vitality of the Department,and more beneficial for people to get real-time,authoritative and diverse information.The application of mobile communication equipment has been widely used in every corner of people's life,such as mobile phone,tablet computer,and kinds of APP comes endlessly.However,the APP used to spread news and information for minority areas is few.Therefore,based on the current Internet technology,mobile phones and tablet computers as information dissemination tools,how to push and manage all kinds of news and information is the main problem to be solved by the news departments in all ethnic minority areas.To address the above problems,this paper designs and Implements an APP which is used for the news media information push,under the context of demand of media information dissemination in Inner Mongolia area,the 5 major functional modules such as user management,news push,news,news broadcast and affiliated function and the corresponding 11 sub functions are implemented.Specifically,the user management can manage the stored information,image,video in the process of the user browsing information;it can manage browsing information generated in the process of user browsing information,so as to the user behavior analysis and news information push;it can also manage the information of comments and reviews,is conductive to perception of the news media to the public attitude on the news.News push function is the main function of the APP,this function can push information on popular text and images;it can realize the push for popular video information,to convey the most direct and authentic information to the user through visual and auditory;it can also realize push of important files,to convey the real-time policy of local governments and relevant departments to the mass.The news broadcast function can broadcast the big issues of provinces and cities regularly,facilitated local residents to focus on local events and state affairs,in order to let users know as much real political news as possible.The function of news broadcast is mainly as the live way to broadcast real news related to people's livelihood regularly,it can also push live news for the interested groups.In addition,the system also realizes the questionnaire survey,weather forecast,news sharing and other ancillary functions,which help the local government to make the polls ant time and any place,and understand people's emotion tendency to the relevant events,and help the local people understand the weather,better arrange the work and life schedule better,help local people and outsiders areas in a find and upload anecdotes around themselves timely.Through the test and analysis of the above main functions,it shows that the functions of APP developed in this paper can run stably,and can provide convenient news push function to users.In the future work,how to solve all kinds of information storage and reading under the condition of big data is the main problem facing the future work of APP.In addition,in the future research and development process,we also want to add the broadcast information to the APP,so that users can subscribe to the specific time broadcast channels according to their favorite broadcast types. |
