The mining and application of mass data indicates a new wave of productivity growth and the arrival of a wave of consumer surplus.The purpose of this system is to fully implement the national spirit of "scientific and technological police" and using modern technology to sort out and store daily business data come from the image investigative policeman.Forming large data after days and months multiplying.then,deep mining of massive video image resources and business data using large data technology,providing policy-making support for public security organs to obtain case clues and analyze the case of study.It can also provide data support for the performance assessment of police officers.The purpose of this project is to develop a police management system with case management,resource allocation,case supervision,attendance scheduling,data logging,data analysis and performance evaluation.Planning of " T City Public Security Bureau police detachment figure-investigation management system" for science,to ensure that the project based on the actual needs of city public security,advanced concepts,technical route of scientific and comprehensive content,it has better practicability and operability,this paper draws a large number of police management in the field of literature.At the same time,the author went deep into public security,criminal investigation,traffic police,patrol and other business departments and front-line grassroots police to conduct extensive research,study their actual working process,and learn their advanced experience.In this paper,a variety of public security management theories combined with the practice of T City Public Security Bureau's mapping and detachment management are integrated into a comprehensive management concept by making full use of each other's advantages and disadvantages.After repeated iteration,the optimal algorithm is finally formed.The system has been put into operation in figure-investigation Detachment of T Public Security Bureau of T City Public Security Bureau.It provides a good policing management system for the two branches of image detection in T City Public Security Bureau.By using this system,we can conveniently and efficiently realize the intensive management of police daily work data and the performance appraisal of investigators,which greatly improves the work efficiency of Police administration.
