Short video,due to its fragmentation,immersive and visual characteristics,has become one of the fastest growing Internet segments in the market in the past two years.In 2018,China's short video users exceeded 500 million,and the future gains are still gratifying.The huge market potential of the short video industry has attracted more and more content producers to enter the industry,and the short video category has gradually become a hot spot for content production.The short video-based content marketing strategy of the media can maximize the effect of network integration marketing,so the marketing of short video-based media can be expected in the future.This thesis uses content research method and case study method to conduct qualitative research on short video self-media marketing strategy.The short video class in this paper refers to the short video native content,that is,the short video UGC and PUGC content.In the research process,through the analysis of the marketing status quo,the author has determined that in the political,economic,social and technical aspects,the short video category has a lot of room for development from the media marketing activities,and its own development status is also at the beginning.With form,it maintains a positive and stable upward trend.Subsequently,through the analysis of short-video video cases such as “Office Ono”,“Papi jiang” and “bigger Institute”,the author believes that the main marketing strategies are content marketing,matrix integration and e-commerce marketing.Among them,high-quality content and perfect production and communication mechanisms are prerequisites for a complete and funny marketing strategy.At present,the short-video-based self-media marketing still has its own problems of instability,industry chaos and marketing model confusion.In response to these problems,vertical transformation,matrix development,and platform construction and management can be strengthened.The short video category from the media marketing market is huge,waiting for more people to join and build.
