With the rapid development of the textile and garment industry and the increasement of national economic level in recent year,the cost of people chasing fashion is decreasing day by day.A large number of idle clothes occupy the storage space of the wardrobe when new clothes spring up one after another.The disguised waste of clothing resources has pushed the fashion industry to the forefront of environmental protection.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to help people solve the fashion troubles caused by the disposal of idle clothes,so as to make the best use of the idle clothing resources and obtain the value of taking or using again.With the development of mobile Internet information technology,especially the determination of 5G network pilot cities,mobile apps will set off a new wave of market opportunities.Second-hand clothing trading apps leverage the development of second-hand clothing market by virtue of mobile Internet.The transaction mode of this app,which is not limited by time and space,builds a bridge between the supply and demand of idle clothes,and realizes the recycling and reuse of idle clothes resources in various ways,such as online trading of second-hand clothes and re-design of used clothes.However,there is no professional C2 C mode second-hand clothing trading app in China,and most of the existing second-hand trading products are operated in full categories,involving various types of commodities,covering a wide range of functions,and the interface and interaction design are still in the exploration stage,resulting in poor user experience and low user acceptance.Aimed at the problems of second-hand clothing trading app,started from the perspective of the user experience,combined with aesthetics,psychology,design and other related disciplines theory the feasibility method of second-hand clothing trading app interface design,make the product from the functional requirements,visual interface,interactive flow more practicality and ease of use.Firstly,this paper sorted out the theoretical concepts of user experience theory,summarized the development status of user experience theory and analyzed its importance to app design.This paper studied the development status of second-hand clothing trade,summarized the future development trend of second-hand clothing trading app,and laid a theoretical foundation for subsequent design research.Secondly,this paper conducted a survey and analysis of competitive products ofexisting second-hand clothing trading apps,the factors influencing user experience are extracted from product positioning,functional requirements,visual style and interactive experience.Then I explore the interface design of second-hand clothing trading app from three levels of user experience,namely visual experience,interactive experience and emotional experience.Thirdly,started from the target user group,this paper analyzed the user's use situation and goals,and adopted the method of combining questionnaire and user interview to conduct quantitative and qualitative research on the cognition of second-hand clothing trade behavior and the user demand of the second-hand clothing trading app,created app user model and story situation of second-hand clothing trade based on the analysis of acquired data,and determined the product information architecture and functional positioning of second-hand clothing trading appFinally,the user experience interface design method is applied to the design of "second-hand clothing transaction app-used clothing purchase".After the usability test verifies the feasibility of the design,I completed app interaction prototype design and high-fidelity prototype interface design and summarized the design process.
