Distributed Messaging Middleware Commercial Banking Sms Platform-based Design And Realization

For the sake of improving service level of information sharing and communication among public and government bureaus, some administrations for industry & commerce have built 12315 Short Messages Service (SMS) platforms and delivered SMS operational service. However, two problems emerged in the implementation process, one is API inconsistence caused by multiple different gateway protocols which several operators applied in the SMS platform. The other is the obstruction in the implementation and application work which is the result of different type of networks and data infrastructure.The purpose of this paper was to conduct a research study focusing on this area and implement a distributed Short Message platform based on message-oriented middleware technologies. We used a unified way to handle a wide range of different short message protocols to solve above problems. The platform consisted of three main functional components: Short Message interface, Short Message business services and Short Message business communications. Short Message interface was applied to integrate to the platform a wide spectrum of different systems via a group of flexible API. Short Message business services, the pivotal manipulation of the system, were responsible for Short Message processing and transmitting. Short Message business communications implemented a variety of short message gateway protocol and shielded the difference between receiving and transmitting the short messages. The mechanism of asynchronous message queue provided by message-oriented middleware was used between components, which supported messages delivering via a loosely coupled way in order to achieve business system collaborations and integrations.System components provided external expansion API and supported multiple deployment options which facilitated administrations for industry & commerce to customize components according to respective requirements and deployment.
