| The China's Internet medical development report 2015 published by Internet Medicine China pointed out that the so-called Internet medical is the Internet new applications in the medical industry.It comes into being for the improvement of mobile communications products and technologies, the lack of medical resource and strong demand in healthcare. In recent years, with the further development of Internet +model in various fields, Internet medical has gradually into the reality and change the lives of citizens. As the growing of a group of early wading Internet medical enterprises, the Internet medical scale expands unceasingly, also caused the wide attention of the society.Among them,online inquiry service is the first service way to infiltrate the field of medical treatment,and is also the main business for most of the current Internet medical enterprises. However,a single network inquiry way does not have long lasting health monitoring to the human health,and it has no service for continued corresponding care.At present,Internet medical service represents a fragmentary and fragmented feature.This paper researches the present situation and progress of Internet medical services at home and abroad, summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of current "Internet + medical service, and puts forward a new care medical Internet service platform integrated functions of online inquiry, health intervention,real-time monitor and continuation under the background of the big data and the technology of mobile Internet and health data management. Then on the basis of the Internet cloud nursing platform to analyze the core technology point of this system - the messaging system. Comparing the scheme of information system at home and abroad,we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each message middleware and the characteristics of the relevant agreements,and put forward a kind of messaging system based on message middleware + MQTT message protocol to achive notification push.And we also design the core architecture of information system,distributed deployment,the Android client Finally,according to the functional requirements of nursing of cloud platform, combining with the relevant technologies of development of information system,distributed deployment and message persistence,using the three-tier architecture model of Android client+ distributed message server+database persistence to realize the real-time communication system based on message oriented middleware and get good application in cloud nursing platform. Then verifing the feasibility and practicability of this scheme according to application online and user actual tests.These demonstrate the implementation of instant messaging system based on message middleware application in nursing of cloud platform, not only meets the high availability and high reliability of nursing of cloud platform, also increase the flexibility and diversity of service of the nursing of cloud platform. |
