Educational video programs are mainly aimed at people with educational needs.Their main responsibility is to spread knowledge and play a positive,upward and effective guiding role.Since the reform and opening up,with the development of the knowledge economy,educational video programs based on television have been in the ascendant.After entering the new century,the innovation of mobile internet technology has quickly catalyzed the convenience of film and television communication,and educational video programs have ushered in an unprecedented opportunity.Educational video programs such as various "Open Classes" and "Super Teachers" have rapidly spread,and the ever-increasing number of clicks fully demonstrates the audience's acceptance and love of educational videos.However,in the period of media transformation,as an important content carrier for disseminating knowledge and realizing personal value,educational video programs have a long way to go,and need to be more proactive in adapting to market changes,enhance creative strategies,and further meet the rising spiritual and cultural needs of the public.This paper makes an innovative study on the creative strategy of educational video programs in the mobile internet era.First of all,this paper reviews the two creative strategies that are common in educational video programs in China.First,the concept of public service needs to be strengthened,and the second is the lack of Internet thinking.Among them,the theme of the program,the old program mode,the "teaching style" program style and the single mode of communication have greatly hindered the development of educational TV programs.Secondly,this paper presents the innovative features of the educational video show in the mobile internet era by study of innovating creative ideas,creating audience awareness,shaping the program brand and innovating programming modes in program planning such as "TED","Voice" and "Super Teacher".Finally,the paper carries out case analysis,such as analyzing the composition of the picture to "emphasize the subject",which is conducive to "small screen" viewing;adopting the lens sense of "visual surveillance",which is conducive to resonance and enhance the expressiveness of sound,which is conducive to enriching the details and further explaining the pre-production strategy of the educational video program.Further cater to the characteristics of “Fragmentation”,“Individualization”,“Immediacy” and “Interactivity” in the era of mobile internet with the help of concise themes,highlighting individuality,combining “live” and increasing feedback channels,pointing out the feasibility path of its innovative breakthrough and providing a certain reference value for the content optimization and innovation of educational video programs.
