This issue based on LabVIEW and virtual instrument technology, combining with the data processing ability of the computer system developed magnetic moment measurement data acquisition and processing system and displays magnetic moment measurement results on the computer.Magnetic moment measurement data acquisition system is a kind of measurement system that can measure the magnetic moment of spacecraft by measuring the magnetic field around the spacecraft. During the measurement, the magnetic field value of the spacecraft is measured by rotating the turntable, and the data collected by the sensors are calculated by the inversion calculation to obtain the three axial magnetic moment values of the spacecraft. This system integrated the major magnetic moment measurement methods of domestic. And this not only can realize the residual magnetic moment and inducting magnetic moment measurement of spacecraft in the geomagnetic environment and also can meet the special requirements of small spacecraft and a single component to measure the residual magnetic moment in the zero magnetic environment. The system is divided into two parts, hardware and software. The hardware part used NI mature hardware data acquisition scheme and high precision magnetic flux gate sensor with signal conditioning circuit. This can meet the requirements of rapid development, lightweight and miniaturization. The software part adopts LabVIEW modular programming idea. According to the three measurement modes: one layout measurement, L layout measurement and zero magnetic environment measurement to achieve the measurement system interface control, data acquisition and data processing. That can complete the residual magnetic moment and inducting magnetic moment measurement in the geomagnetic environment and the residual magnetic moment measurement in the zero magnetic environment.After the performance test, accuracy of the system can reach 1%, the stability up to 0.5nT/4h, the fluctuations control in the geomagnetic environment up to 1nT. The system has good measurement performance, and can meet the requirements of the application of the spacecraft to the magnetic moment measurement equipment at present.
