International cargo transportation is the exchange of goods around the world.Port equipment is an indispensable infrastructure for modern port loading and unloading operations and an important part of the port production quality assurance system.In the manufacturing process of port machinery,it is mainly processed by means of manual welding,which will cause waste of human resources and increase of cost.The production quality may not be guaranteed,and the construction period is unpredictable.When adding automatic processing equipment,because the size of a single component is relatively large,the processing range is wide,and the processing time of a single device is long.If multiple devices are used for simultaneous processing,the operation planning of the device becomes a new problem.Therefore,the development of an information interaction management system suitable for automated processing of large components can effectively solve the production planning problems of equipment and improve the processing efficiency of port machinery.1)In the early stage,according to the processing requirements of the port super large structural parts,the layout of the processing production site was analyzed,and the welding robot platform was built in the laboratory to verify the function and effect of the information interaction management system.Based on the PLC data acquisition equipment,the multi-channel acquisition was designed and perfected.A system for welding processing parameter information.In order to meet the requirements of the camera to collect the weld image,the design of the walking type cross-operator that can meet the processing range of the welding robot is used to achieve the requirements for the welding of the weld.2)Based on the MVC framework technology under My Eclipse software technology,this paper designs and implements a program framework that is shared by multiple function modules and displays data from the interface to the program to simplify the system design.The data transmission system based on TCP/IP data communication protocol is studied to meet the communication between system modules,and the data transmission from the bottom processing equipment,PLC and other collection devices to the back-end database and front-end interface is realized.Research information storage based on MySQL database technology to save data such as welding process,welding information and image information.Based on the existing software,the information exchange and management system information and data requirements are studied,and the whole system is implemented together with the functions of each module.Research the system interface design based on My Eclipse software,the functional modules required by the component system and integrate them together,and realize the overall function of the management system.3)Verify the functions of each module of the welding robot information interaction and management system on the established experimental platform,realize the interactivecommunication of database information,and the correctness of the welding processing and post-welding quality evaluation method,the video image during the welding process Real-time display of the effectiveness of the function.
