Research And Development Of Welding Enterprise Information Management System

Enterprise information is a development trend of the present enterprise. Information need to form a large organization, using fast calculation and logical processing ability of computer, and with the help of a communication network.As corporate computers popularize, computer performance is no longer a problem. Instead what we need to solve the problem is the problem of management and software. Welding enterprises is transforming. Because the traditional manual mode cannot have the capacity to meet the quicker data transfer ability, it greatly leads to low efficiency of operation for enterprise. The current corporate computer information management not only can make the data for quicker delivery, but also can store a lot of welding material, real-time display of specific data makes the resources utilization controlled. In this paper, based on the welding organization and enterprise business process, a set of welding enterprise management system is designed and developed.Through the research on the welding department of enterprise, the process mode of enterprise operation is summarized and the overall framework of the system is designed, in addition the operation process is optimized and arranged to get the appropriate software operation process. Then, data information involved in the procedure of analysis, is summarized, organized to establish database with business process effect in Oracle database system. The system combines the enterprise features of welding into the relevant welding material.The welding enterprise management system selects the C/S architecture system to develop, using plug-in development of object-oriented technique. The structure of the system adopts the idea of modular to modular respectively for business, user, documents and information etc. According to the enterprise organization classification business module is again divided into the five categories-project, sales, procurement, quality inspection, storage, the model is responsible for document entry and query. In the welding data module, the welding material, base material data and the corresponding national testing standards information is integrated into for the enterprise staff reading. At the same time, the specific data with graph description in the system, it can make information more intuitive and convenient.In this paper, the establishment of welding enterprise management system can speed up the operation of the enterprise, enhance enterprise competitiveness in the market, promote the growth of economy. Meanwhile a "bridge" is also built for the later software integration.
