Wire arc 3D printing,using the welding arc as a heat source to melt the metal welding wire,fabricates metal parts by accumulating deposited metal according to the path obtained by slicingthe 3D model of the part.Wire arc 3D printing combines arc surfacing and 3D printing,andhas the advantages of low manufacturing cost,high utilization rate of wire,high production efficiency,good mechanical properties and mechanical properties,and has wide application prospects in the manufacturing industry.At present,the problem of contour offset interference in the slicing process of wire arc 3D printing needs further research and improvement,which has an important impact on the surface accuracy of arc 3D printing parts.Firstly,we deduce the equidistant and offset contours of contours by vector method.In order to solve the inefficiency of contour intersection point,strict monotone chain and is used to find the intersection point,and the monotone property of strict monotone chain is further utilized to reduce the calculation of intersection point.The intersections of singular situations are classified and selected,the vector method is used to judge the invalid loops,which is convenient and concise,and the method of discriminating invalid loops under singular intersections is given.Secondly,by analyzing the intersection interference of contour rings,polygon intersection is used to solve the contour ring interference problem.The intersection of the polygons is discriminated,and the specific method of discriminating the intersection of the intersections in the singular case is given.The two consecutive out points and in points are studied,and the method of selection is given,according to the entry and exit properties of the intersection point and traversing verticesof the polygons,the intersection of the two polygons is obtained.Finally,with the contour ring interference processing algorithm as the core,the contour ring interference processing program is developed,and the program is embedded into the slicing software,the model of self-intersection and mutual intersection is sliced,and the correctness of the contour ring interference processing algorithm is verified.The model was subjected to a print forming experimentusing wire arc 3D printer,the experiment showed that the contour ring interference processing algorithm can improve the flatness of the surface of the formed part.The contour ring interference processing program is used to process the self-intersection polygons and intersecting polygons with singular intersection points,and the correctness and adaptability of the algorithm are verified.
