With the advent of the new era,the traditional forms of media communication have gradually merged and developed to form a new media platform with its own characteristics. The emergence of new media platforms such as Weibo,WeChat public number, and short-sounding video has enriched the form of media communication and made the dissemination of news more diversified and enriched.Such a flexible new media form plays a vital role in the spread of national culture. It can not only effectively protect national culture, but also revitalize and carry forward the traditional national culture through new media communication channels. This paper analyzes how the new media platform spreads Nadam culture through content analysis. The analysis sample comes from the new media platform of Inner Mongolia Daily, including Weibo,We Chat public account, client, web page, and short video. The time starts and ends on May 1,2014-December 31,2018.The research questions are mainly divided into three parts: how the new media platform spreads Nadam culture;how the new media platforms spread Nadam culture;how the new media platform differs from traditional media in spreading Nadam culture. The research shows that the new media platform spreads the communication subject of Nadam culture from single to muti-cultural;the media changes from fixed paper media to new media mobile terminals. At the same time,if you rely solely on the new media platform, you can't better serve as a major player in the dissemination of Nadam culture. Therefore, the spread of Nadam culture also needs the support of the government, the community, and the public.Mongolian culture can shine in the new media environment.
