With the increasingly popularity of credit card in modern society,it brings profit to the the banks,it brings capital risk at the same time,non-performing receivable,oerdue examples,how to effectively solve this kind of problem,the banks need to consider the problem.At present domestic banks have their own collection departments,responsible for the collection for credit card.The collection system is as a subsystem of the host system,with single collection strategies,poor extention.For above reasons,this paper describes firstly the requirement of the credit card collection platform on mainframe,introduces the functional requirements and non-functional requirements.And then put forward the architecture design of the credit card collection platform on mainframe.At the front-end,the system uses HTML and JSP,with the WebService architecture,using XML to transmit data from front-end to the middleware,then middleware calls CICS interface to handle the business logic,also access the database.At the back-end,collection platform uses COBOL as programming language,CICS online transaction processing technology to implement the interfaces.Use JCL to complete the daily batch jobs,and use the other IBM tools on mainframe to realize the communication of collection platform with other external systems,such as call center,letter system,agency system and so on.Collction platform is to realize the interaction with a lot of external system to make the collection for credit card more and more flexible,professional and comprehensive.The main research of this paper is about the detailed design of the credit card collection platform on mainframe.The collection platform is composed of online processing and batch processing.Online processing contains collection operation,query request,supervisor review and system parameters,batch processing part includes daily batch,external interface processing and report module.Among them,the main research work of online processing is the design of collection organization,design of collection process,design of collection rules and strategy and conversion,other system parameters.The collection organization is designed by Location,State and Worklist as the three layers,Location represents the geographic and classes of credit card,State is expressed as a collection state,Worklist is a set of collection work for specific strategy,through the design of three layer structure,the collection platform supports multi-country,regions,and multi-strategy.Then paper introduces the collection cycle and conversion rules,using UML activity diagram to show the rules of the collection platform.Then,respectively show the design and implementation of collection operation and supervisor review using UML,including some special collection workflow process.In the part of batch processing,the main research work is the design of batch flow,the design and definition of each master file,and the interface design of the collection platform and the external system.With the batch flow,introduces the batch jobs and the prodecessor and successor for each job,describes the main files in collection platform using file definition specification,and uses the definition of interface specification and definition of the interface files to describe the interface definition between collection platform and external systems.At last,put forward the test result of collection platform based on function testing and performance testing,introduces the main test cases.Then proposes the system evaluation based on the function realization,security,system stability,reliability and other parts.Summarized the research of this paper,introduces the parts to be improved and the shortcomings of collection platform,and put forward the expectation for collection platform in view of data analysis,data migration and opening platform.
