Consumption has become the main driving force for economic growth.In recent years,various banks have put forward a "big retail" strategy,and credit cards are the vanguard of the retail business.Their business development is directly related to whether the bank can successfully transform its retail business.Good credit card business development must be established under a strong risk system,and collection as a debt recovery method needs to be carried out when the credit card business develops"bad" to maximize the recovery of asset losses of commercial banks.Credit card overdue collection has evolved from manual collection to digital collection using a professional system,from full coverage of indiscriminate collections to characteristic classification collections,and then from purely human collections to smart-assisted collections.In this context,we using different feature selection methods to mine effective credit card overdue features to provide a basis for risk control and business development,and uses intelligent technology to replace the cumbersome manual operations in collection work to achieve intelligent auxiliary business Carried out.Credit card overdue collection system needs to support efficient case classification and circulation logic,fully support mainstream collection methods such as telephone collection,external visits,legal reminders,outsourcing,etc.,and can integrate voice outbound,SMS and mail systems,and business data mining capabilities.The credit card overdue collection system designed and implemented in our view is composed of four modules:management center module,performance tracking module,collection function module,and business perspective analysis module.It uses the SSM development architecture,Maven as the project construction tool,and GIT as the version control tool.The system extracts the data from the data warehouse and processes it,including batch processing for repayment tracking,rule engine to classify overdue cases,and other data processing.The results are then stored in the database to form information tables for each business.Each function in the module will read data from the corresponding information table according to specific business rules,and use the collection function to collect debtors based on these data.In addition,a combination of correlation filtering and random forest has been developed.The feature selection model has effectively guided the formulation of the division strategy and the development of collection work.The work of this article includes:design and implementation of user management,role management,authority management,and business approval functions in the management center module;design and implementation of repayment status tracking and overdue case division in the performance tracking module;telephone collection in the collection function module The design and implementation of other functions;the design and implementation of the credit card overdue feature selection model in the business perspective analysis module,of which the development of the credit card overdue feature selection model and the realization of the collection function are the key tasks of this system.After the system is completed,it can carry out in-depth business mining,intelligent case classification,convenient work management,simple functional operation and efficient collection and reach based on the development trend and policy direction of credit card overdue collection business.With the help of science and technology to help financial development,establish management and strategic risk control(fine management and intelligent decision-making),save costs as much as possible,and truly realize the unified management of credit card overdue collection for reliability,practicality and profitability.
