Nowadays,with the high development of economy,there is a violent competition in the automotive market and all of the domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises are faced with the balance between low cost and high profit.Therefore,in the supply chain of automobile manufacturing,highly efficient parts logistics can directly reduce cost and make profit.All of the automobile manufacturing enterprises are combining self-characteristics to explore a new concept of logistics,which can fit in the current flexible production requirements and lead a logistics mode of long-term and sustainable development.Automobile parts logistics needs effective coordination of upstream and downstream.In the current circumstance,it is only through the information management that every enterprise can achieve win-win situation and create more value.Based on the features of parts logistics in SAIC Volkswagen Automobile CO.LTD,this thesis uses mature software development pattern and.NET technology,designs and implements online parts call-off system in order to solve the problem of parts logistics and strengthen the synchronous collaboration in the supply chain.As SAIC Volkswagen Automobile CO.LTD is the earliest joint venture automobile manufacturing enterprise in China,this thesis hopes to provide the research value for other domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise.This thesis has mainly completed the following researching tasks:1.First of all,this thesis analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreignautomobile parts logistics modes,introduces the existing problems and characteristicsof the part logistics in SAIC Volkswagen Automobile CO.LTD,and places emphaseson the logistics mode which related to the system function.Then this thesis analyzesthe existing IT technology framework and gives technical feasibility analysis whichcan reach the system target.2.Next,this thesis makes requirement analysis of online parts call-off system to getfunctional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system.Thenaccording to the requirement analysis,this thesis designs the system blueprint.Basedon the blueprint,it gradually completes the system architecture design,functionaldesign,database design and test case design.3.Finally,based on the design results and the interface prototype,this thesisimplements the overall online parts pull system.After the implementation of thesystem,this thesis tests and verifies the system according to the test case design andnon-functional requirements.
