| After China joined WTO, Chinese enterprises are confronted with thecompetition of the globalization. Every enterprise wants to cut its cost, increase itsbenefit, enlarge its production scale, and make it be successful in the world. Becauseof this reason, according to the advantage thought of ERP and the characteristic ofour automobile parts industries, the paper researched and developed ERP system forautomobile parts industries.There are five chapters in the paper to describe our job. In the first chapter, thepaper introduced the background of this subject and the concept of ERP, analyzedthe status quo and the problems of our automobile parts industries, put forward theprimary content of the subject. In the second chapter, the paper analyzed the theoryof ERP, researched and discussed the design thought and operation thinking of ERPand analyzed the reason of success and failing of the application of ERP in China. Inthe third chapter, the paper thoroughly analyzed the problems of our automobileparts industries and the application situation of ERP in discrete manufacturing,especially in our automobile parts industries. In the forth chapter, the paperdeveloped ERP system for automobile parts industries and introduced in detail theinformation model and the function of the system, primarily described the functionof the financial management module designed and developed by author, analyzed theeconomy benefits. In the fifth chapter, the paper summed up the job of the theoryresearch and the program development above-mentioned, put forward the prospect ofthe next job.The system in the paper can run in WIN98/NT/2000, easily wielded. After tested,the system run well and achieved prospective design objective. It provides aneffective software sustain for enterprise information management of our automobileparts industries. |
