With the development of the times and the improvement of the economic level,the automobile logistics develops rapidly at home and abroad. Economic globalization has promoted the development of global automobile productivity, and accelerated the growth of the world economy. Auto parts logistics system is a bridge connecting the upstream and downstream industries. With the continuous development of the automobile industry, the competition among the automobile manufacturers has changed from the single factor of the pure technology, price and so on to the overall value chain competition. An efficient and robust auto parts logistics system plays an important role in the value chain competition of automobile manufacturers. Auto production enterprises and spare parts supply enterprises must rely on efficient parts logistics system to achieve seamless, to improve the operational efficiency of spare parts and build their own core competitiveness.Firstly this paper did simple introduction about the background, pointing out that the automobile spare parts logistics system has the practical significance for the automobile industry; and the domestic and foreign related auto parts of theory and literature were introduced in this paper. Discussing the related knowledge system of the automobile spare parts logistics system, conducting needs analysis of automobile spare parts logistics system, through the analysis of the characteristics and mode of automotive spare parts logistics, it designed the function structure and database structure of logistics system, and finally to achieve the main functions of the logistics system.The paper uses the development platform of Microsoft’s.Net to develop, the operating system of the company’s server using Windows 2010 Data server and the database using Server SQL 2010. System conforming to the requirements of the automobile parts industries can help it manage the auto parts effectively and scientifically.This paper discussed the implementation of main function modules of the system,including the login interface, system management, storage management, managing storerooms, query statistics module, the data maintenance module, and so on, through functional testing and performance testing of the system, showing that the system could achieve the expected requirements in terms of performance and functionality.System operation that has been in good condition greatly standardized the company’s business operations process, greatly reduced the probability of human error and effectively improved the efficiency of the company’s operations.
