With the continuous investment in information technology,IT business system is getting more and more complex.The ever-expanding IT business system has a higher demand for technology,management,and so on.The traditional mode of operation and maintenance is backward and inefficient,and enterprises need a more reasonable way to ensure that IT services can be maintained efficiently,safely and steadily.To this end,the thesis studies and implements an operation and maintenance management system with a certain automation capability.First,the thesis studies the Microsoft System Center Orchestrator workflow software.This software provides tools that can be used to build,test,debug,deploy,and manage automation in a system environment.The thesis uses the open source Web framework Django to build a user self-service portal.Then,this thesis uses the hierarchical design method to integrate the user interaction front end,the Microsoft Orchestrator workflow and some system services,and realize a customizable and automated O&M system.The thesis also analyzes the requirements of business process customization and automation,the problem of virtual machine spread and the application of automatic inspection.In this thesis,four business modules are designed and implemented in combination with practical application scenarios.The business application updating module realizes the automatic updating function of the Web application based on the WebLogic middleware.The interface query module simplifies the query of the workflow interface.The test server request module realizes the automatic application and configuration of the virtual machine server.The business application monitoring module realizes the automatic patrol and automatic recovery of the service usability.System with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator workflow customization capabilities,the operation and maintenance process visualization,automation,operation and maintenance work significantly more organized and more intuition.At last,the thesis tests the O&M system.Each function of the system achieves the design purpose,and the performance can meet the needs of users after optimization.After the system goes online,it takes over 29 commonly used business system maintenance work.Users generally reflect the use of the system to reduce the daily work burden,and also reduce the communication costs with the operation and maintenance personnel.
