Design And Implementation Of IT Automation Operation And Maintenance Platform

With the widespread application of information technology and the rapid development of Internet technology and big data technology,the demand for IT services is more and more vigorous in all walks of life.It makes the amount and complexity of servers,application systems,and databases continue to increase.Meanwhile,it makes the difficulty and the cost of IT operation and maintenance continue to increase.However,the inefficient mode of traditional operation and maintenance cannot meet the needs of users for IT operation and maintenance.So,it is imperative to transform to the automatic operation and maintenance.Based on the actual demand of data center for it operation and maintenance services,this thesis designs and develops a set of IT automatic operation and maintenance platform,which aims to change the manual operation and maintenance mode,provide operation and maintenance efficiency,and save operation and maintenance costs.Through the construction of IT automatic operation and maintenance management platform,the operation and maintenance management process is standardized and optimized.And it can lay the foundation for automatic operation and maintenance.In this thesis,the needs of operation and maintenance in the data center are fully investigated and analyzed.And the feasibility analysis conclusion of designing the IT operation and maintenance is drawn.It is highly feasible to develop the IT automation operation and maintenance platform.The platform uses MVT mode to develop,which can make the display module separated from the business module,reduce the development difficulty of the program,and improve the maintainability and expansibility of the system.The whole platform mainly includes system management,service desk,event management,problem management,change management,work order management,knowledge base management,asset management and other functional modules.In the system management,it mainly realizes the management and maintenance functions of users,departments,roles,authorities,dictionaries and other basic information.The knowledge base management and asset management respectively manage the summarized knowledge in the maintenance process and the software and hardware resources in the data center.The service desk,event management,problem management,change management and work order management mainly realize standardized business processes of the IT automatic operation and maintenance.The IT automatic operation and maintenance platform is designed and developed in this thesis.And it also has been strictly tested through functional test.The platform meets the business needs of data center for automatic operation and maintenance management.Meanwhile,it can reduce the cost of the operation and maintenance,and improve the efficiency of the operation and maintenance in a certain extent.
