Study On The Evaluation Method For Informatization Performance Of Subsidiaries Of Corporation A

We're urgently to learn how much performance has been produced when we invested substantial resources into enterprise's informatization.There are many problems in practical work of informatization performance evaluation of subsidiaries of the Corp.A.For instance,the evaluation perspective is not clear,the evaluation method is not systematical,the informatization strategy does not play a key role,quantitative evaluation indicators are missing,etc.So studying on the evaluation method for informatization performance is important to solve these problems.This thesis is aimed at the studying on the informatization performance evaluation of subsidiaries of the Corp.A and taken into account various factors that include extensive application of new IT such as Virtualization,Mobile Office,SaaS,PaaS,and so on.Using BSC theory,an evaluation indicators system based on quantitative indicators is established.The system includes four respects that are financial performance,internal processes,user satisfaction,learning and growth.Next using AHP method,a strategy-oriented model of informatization performance evaluation of subsidiaries of the Corp.A is established.In the last part,through importing real data from the subsidiaries of the Corp.A,the model export the scores of informatization performance evaluation.Using it,we rank the subsidiaries of the Corp.A and know current situations and development direction of informatization.The validity and operability of the evaluation method is validated.
