| With the internet explosion,great changes emerged within financial industry,even segment market has arisen ever since.Financial informatization is getting more and more important along with the new market model,complicated business logic,fastidious customer experience.Considering the characteristic of financial business,the quality of related information products is taken seriously.Establishing organizational software quality management system is the major mean to guarantee the quality of software.This research is mainly focusing on how to build the software quality management system for Q Company.Organizational strategy and organizational structure,human resources,process management,technology etc are given to build the software quality management system.This research is on the basis of widely used standards and models,combining the current situation of Q company and the research on relevant theories.Among those,original strategy and structure constitute the top roof.Staff、processing and technology are the key issues,while the instruments and platform are the bottom supports.This research explains the process of building models of software quality management system,following the methodology of ISO9000 and the structure of CMMI.It demonstrates that the software quality management system is effective from both subjective feedback and objective data through the performance of Q Company.The system increased the quality of software product and process performance in deed.This research would be useful for both similar companies. |
