Research On Communication Mechanism And Coping Strategies Of Campus-Related Network Public Sentiment

With the increasing popularity of the Internet,the network public sentiment has an increasing influence on social public sentiment,and the governance of network public sentiment is facing more and more challenges.In recent years,with the increase of public sentiment on campus network,the public has paid extensive attention and attached great importance to it,which has increased the difficulty of governance at the same time.Therefore,more attention and research from the society and academia are needed.Focused on the “Qingyang Ningxian Girl's Injury Event” network public sentiment as the research object,this paper will explore and analyze the evolution law of campus-related network public sentiment,communication mechanism and coping strategies.The research finds that the evolution of campus network public sentiment can be divided into three stages: emergence and fermentation,outbreak and spread,repetition and dissipation.Every stage of campus-related network public sentiment has different characteristics.On the whole,the main characteristics of campus-related network public sentiment are rapid diffusion,high attention and difficult control.Campus-related network public sentiment is mainly composed of the main factors of public sentiment,the object factors of public sentiment,the environment factors of public sentiment and the response factors of public sentiment.The dissemination mechanism of campus network public sentiment mainly includes triggering mechanism,viewpoint aggregation mechanism,diffusion mechanism and fading mechanism.The reasons for the continuous fermentation and several peaks of campus-related network public sentiment are directly related to the official improper responses.Campus-related network public sentiment is facing difficulties inorganizational,institutional and technical aspects.It is suggested that we should establish a normal and specialized mechanism for dealing with public sentiment on campus network,improve the prevention and response mechanism of multi-cooperation,and build a prevention and response mechanism combining guidance and control.
