With the development of Internet technology,various emerging media platforms are constantly emerging,and the expression of news has produced many different concepts.Under the influence of these changes,the reading habits of users have changed accordingly.Survival and growth have brought shocks and threats.In such an environment,many traditional media are facing an inevitable bottleneck in development,and even some traditional media have to face the fate of suspending publications.In order to continue to survive,traditional media is trying various forms of transformation,but there are not many successes,and N Newspaper is one of the few successful people.This paper takes N newspaper as the research object,mainly based on resource-based theory and strategic management theory,through internal and external environmental analysis and research,summarizes the successful experience of N newspaper in transformation and upgrading,and puts forward suggestions for the transformation of N newspaper's future strategy.Provide reference for the transformation of other traditional media.This paper first introduces the research methods and the basic principles of resource-based theory and strategic management theory as research methods,and then analyzes the development status and difficulties encountered of traditional media from many aspects.Subsequently,this paper introduces the development process of N Newspaper and the achievements in the process of transformation.Through analyzing the internal and external environment,it analyzes the basis and reasons for the success of N newspaper transformation.Through the introduction of the transformation and upgrading process of N newspaper,it finally concludes The core conditions for the success of N newspaper transformation and the ways and means of transformation.The core of traditional media transformation is to continuously provide high-quality content.Although the emergence of emerging technologies has changed the channels and means of media communication,the essence of communication is unaffected.While insisting on providing high-quality content,we should also see that the reading habits of users have changed,information technology has brought about tremendous changes in the media,and traditional media have to use new information technology to expand their media formats.At the same time,we should reposition and think about the strategic transformation.We will empower traditional media through information technology.In the process of transformation,we must not only update and try the communication channels,but also transform and innovate in the business model.Traditional media should use their own resources to carry out various transformation attempts and explorations,and find a strategic transformation path in their exploration.
