Considering the characteristics of high altitude and high difference terrain in Tibet,in order to solve the problems encountered in line design,to effectively reduce the cost and time of line design,and to improve the design quality and efficiency,it is necessary to design a set of three-dimensional design platform for transmission line.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the overall requirements of the system and the requirements of the 3D design platform for high altitude and large height difference transmission line,to design the overall architecture of the system,and to design and implement a set of 3D design software of the transmission line.In this paper,through the analysis and research of the construction of 3D transmission line digital design system at home and abroad,relying on 3D GIS,satellite remote sensing,aerial photography,3D modeling and other technologies,we have designed the overall structure of the platform,the data architecture,and the network architecture,etc.According to the design results,combined with the details of the design service of transmission line,we have designed and realized the three-dimensional design platform of the transmission line.By constructing a reasonable data structure and system function,the platform effectively optimizes the route selection,scissors crossing,ropeway design,tower position selection,electrical calculation verification,ground wire selection,metal insulator string configuration,basic configuration of long and short legs of tower,rapid engineering statistics,design results drawing,project archiving and digital transfer and other professional design business.In this paper,the results of the platform construction are applied to the Tibet-China networking project.Through the WYSIWYG design process support,the design process is more instructive and referential.Through the three-dimensional design of transmission lines,the workload of the field and the activity cost can be significantly reduced,the design accuracy can be improved,and the design process can be optimized,providing valuable practical experience for three-dimensional digital design of transmission lines in Tibet.
