| Frequency synthesis technology refers to the process of synthesizing one or more operating frequency points in a limit of frequency with one or more reference frequencies as the criterion.Since the frequency synthesis technology come out,a variety of synthesis methods have been widely used.Phase Locked Loop technology is used in this thesis.Based on the research of C-band wireless communication system,this thesis synthetically designs and implements a phase-locked loop based on phase-locked frequency synthesizer,which is applied in engineering.The main work includes the design of low local oscillator phase-locked loop,high local oscillator phase-locked loop,field programmable gate array control circuit.Through the relevant design of the project,a frequency synthesizer with local oscillator function is realized to provide stable and highprecision frequency source signals for the radio frequency link part.The main work is summarized as follows.1.The design of the whole communication system structure and the layout of frequency synthesizer are mainly realized in the form of logical topology graphics.The emphasis is on the design of logical topology of link part,frequency synthesizer part and detection part.2.Programming of frequency synthesizer circuit and control part of C-band communication system is carried out,mainly using Alutim Designer to design practical circuit principle and layout board,using ISE Design to design control code of FPGA.3.The L_LO PLL,H_LO PLL and The FPGA control circuit are tested,and the test results are summarized and analyzed,and effective solutions to the existing problems are put forward.4.Summarize the key problems found in the design and testing process,and make a deep study of the problems from the research point of view,and put forward the improvement scheme for the follow-up design.Finally,the designed frequency synthesizer meets the requirements of the whole system,and can provide stable and accurate frequency source signals for the link part. |
