Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Guangxi Science And Technology Innovation Policy Communicatin

With the development of the national innovation driven development strategy,the Guangxi government has also formulated relevant scientific and technological innovation policies and carried out policy dissemination to provide institutional support and policy support for innovation activities,so as to activate the vitality of the innovation.This paper tries to investigate and study the five major elements of communication,communication content,communication channel,audience and communication effect in Guangxi science and technology innovation policy,and hope to add strength to the development of scientific and technological innovation in Guangxi through the optimiza.tion of the communication of Guangxi's scientific and technological innovation policy.This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research.Through literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper first gives a general description of the current situation of Guangxi's science and technology innovation policy.At the same time,it affirms the achievements made in the dissemination of science and technology innovation policy in Guangxi,and finds that the communication still exists a letter of low audience cognition and communication.The problems are not good quality,single transmission way,obsolete communication mode and insufficient feedback function of mass media.On the basis of analyzing the causes of these problems,this.paper puts forward the dissemination channels of innovation policy,strengthen the construction of scientific and technological communication team,pay attention to the feedback of information,and optimize the policy communication mechanism and other countermeasures and suggestions.
