Nowadays,people all over the world are working on the integration of Internet and manufacturing industry.Intelligent Manufacturing has become a new research hotspot in the world.Traditional manufacturing enterprises are in the critical period of digital transformation.In this paper,the 3D visual monitoring technology oriented to digital workshop is designed to provide a highly real-time,visible and transparent,as well as,a good human-computer interaction interventional 3D visual monitoring system.The monitoring system can not only track production process,order,error information in real time,but also dynamically reflect equipment behavior and information of interventional display equipment,and assisting control workshop equipment.In the following paragraphs,the main research contents are briefly introduced.In the first place,the architecture of interventional 3D visual monitoring system for digital workshop is studied in detail.By analyzing the characteristics of the digital workshop,this paper proposes the monitoring demand of the digital workshop,designs and develops the system frame of the monitoring system,then,it constructs the function structure,the running mode and the network topology around the system framework.Subsequently,the key technologies to realize the equipment monitoring model,the information integration and treatment of the monitoring system are studied.By studying the information perception,the information transmission and the real-time database modeling technology,this paper constructs the data structure of the RFID information realization process and the electronic label of the workpiece,and designs the structure of the monitor Agent model.Further,the data transmission format based on the binary is developed,establishing the E-R-T model of the database,in order that the information integration and treatment environment of the monitoring system is realized.Afterwards,the key technologies of the interaction for the monitoring system are studied.By studying model construction and optimization,scene environment construction,model dynamic behavior,interactive mode,we proposed a hierarchy optimization algorithm based on DOP two-fork tree,a method to improve the synchronization of dynamic behavior of the model,and a device information intrusive display method based on three-dimensional model.Accordingly,the interaction environment of the monitoring system is realized.Finally,the digital workshop simulation platform is designed and developed.The information integration and treatment environment development and the interaction environment development of the digital workshop simulation platform are completed.The experiment of monitoring system is completed,and the experiment results show that the 3D visual monitoring technology of the digital workshop presented in this paper is feasible.
