Research On Software R & D Project Management Of A Company

With the rapid development of the software industry in economic society of our country,the improvement of software develop process has gradually become the focus of software projects.In the process of software development,we usually encounter problems such as quality standards,over time,budget overruns,so it is necessary to have a comprehensive management method to direct the development process of software project.Based on the combination of CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)standard and HUAWEI IPD(Integrated Product Development)development model,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the progress of A company.CMMI is a widely used to improve the software process model,software process CMM describes five levels of maturity(initial level,repeatable level,defined level,quantitative management level,optimizing level)marks five levels of the capability maturity of software companies,it provides a set of standard process for software development company.However,there are still many problems in the implementation of software development process.In this paper,the implementation of software improvement process as the direction,the software process measurement as the method,combined with GQM(Goal Question Metric)measurement model,,provide a method to improve the quantitative management of enterprises,the project management level and the quality of products from the level of measurement and analysis.Integrated product development is a set of more scientific method,IBM is the first company to put IPD into practice.According to situation of the enterprise,combined with the mode of IPD,to optimize the company's R & D organization.build the core group and PAC(product approval committee),to improve decision-making efficiency and decision-making level.
