In recent years,the logistics industry is booming,as the important platform of the logistics industry,container logistics center absolutely has been improved a lot,as we focus on this prosperity development,at the same time,the threat and disturbance come from the objective existence of uncertainty can not be ignored.It is known to experts in the field that resilience can effectively cope with such uncertainty in complex environment.However,most of the researches on the resilience of complex systems from home and abroad still stay in the qualitative analysis stage.Picking container logistics center as the research object,combined with related academic achievements,the resilience theory system of container logistics center has been established,the conceptual model and the simulation model have been constructed,then a simulation test of resilience has been designed on the basis of the model.The following results are obtained:(1)Based on the theory of system science in analyzing the system structure,function division and process flow,this thesis elaborates uncertainty derived mechanism according to the basic components of container logistics center,then the uncertainty and random distribution in the process of logistics have been summarized.(2)Combined with the application of resilience in other fields,the concept,nature,as well as the influence factors and the process have been expounded,this paper uses the AHP to determine the weighting of each index and the fitting method,then the ultimate index can be obtained,and the above research will lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.(3)Taking an actual container logistics center as the case,this study uses Petri net theory to establish the conceptual model,and on this basis,a simulation model has been constructed,then makes a detailed explanation of the internal logic and the relationship of the component models,after this,the simulation control method of system state deviation and recovery is presented and the simulation model is verified to be scientific and effective.(4)Based on the simulation model,the process has been defined,by which the system suffers accidental interference,and the resilient simulation tests are designed with different changing factors,such as initial operating system steady state and mechanical equipment configuration,combined with the theory of resilience mentioned above,the data of the resilient simulation tests have been integrated and analyzed to complete the research of the resilience on container logistics center.Based on research and application of resilience in other disciplines,the resilient theory of container logistics center has been put forward,and the design of resilient simulation tests with system simulation technology has been completed,at the same time,this work broadens the ideas and methods for qualitative analysis and quantitative research of resilience,which has more important engineering value and academic significance.
