Enterprise Information System Integration Based On SAP Interface

Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)is an all-round and systematic solution based on the advanced management thinking of modern enterprises and using information technology to provide enterprises with decision-making,planning,control and business evaluation.ERP is the product of modern management thought.It brings many advanced management methods such as Agile Manufacturing,Lean Manufacturing,Concurrent Engineering,Supply Chain Management,Total Quality Management into ERP software system and becomes a brand new management tool of modern manufacturing enterprises.At present large-scale ERP information system SAP,Oracle ERP and China's UF U8,U9 and Kingdee K3 and other products.After many years of informatization construction,the author's work enterprise has established a number of application systems for different departments and different applications.These application systems greatly improve the accuracy and timeliness of enterprise management information and promote the reasonable combination and utilization of enterprise resources so as to achieve the best utilization effect under the existing resource conditions.However,since these information systems are designed and developed for different departments,different applications can not share business processes and information and can not effectively work together,which greatly reduces the role of information systems.The company hired an IBM management consulting project team and introduced SAP software to bring a complete management change to the enterprise through the world's largest information technology and business solutions company and the # 1 ERP software system in the world.SAP interface technology is a good solution to the integration of SAP systems and peripheral information systems and data migration or sharing issues.Based on the actual construction of enterprise information system,this dissertation uses a large number of examples to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on SAP interface technology,introduces SAP related theoretical knowledge,and analyzes SAP software and hardware architecture,transmission system,Group strategy was discussed,and made a brief introduction of the use of the existing information system of the enterprise.Then it focuses on SAP's RFC interface technology,BAPI interface technology,ALE-IDoc interface technology and Web Service interface technology.Finally,it shows the concrete application of related technology in practice.Some of these experiences are adapted to large state-owned enterprises in China that are implementing SAP.This article content to improve the management level of enterprises,optimize business processes,adapt to the future development of enterprises and market competition has some reference.
