Archives work is an indispensable part of the development of China's cultural undertakings.Archives,as an organization for the preservation and utilization of archival information,are a window for government departments to provide archival services to the public.At the same time,archives work bears the heavy responsibility of inheriting Chinese traditional spiritual civilization,especially archives information public service oriented to the grass-roots level.The most important part of archives management.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of public service concept of government departments,many grass-roots archives in China have been constantly exploring and exploring public service.In view of this,the author adopts the method of literature analysis and social investigation to investigate the service satisfaction of A Archives in Hebei Province from the following six aspects: file disclosure,service provision,basic business,management mechanism,infrastructure and innovation.It is concluded that the satisfaction of each dimension of a archives service lies between basic satisfaction and satisfaction,and the service quality needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the main reasons for the low satisfaction degree of archives service in Town A: the lack of perfect management system,the backward digitization construction of archives,the lack of professional quality of archival staff,and the lag of open archives appraisal.The innovation ability of archives work is insufficient and so on.In response to related questions the causes of the problem are to improve the standardized file management system,to improve the service consciousness of the archival staff,to improve the digitization degree of the archives,and to improve the opening degree of the archives.Strengthen the work of archives innovation and other effective improvement of service satisfaction in town a optimization strategy.Based on the relevant theory of archives management and the actual investigation results,this paper hopes to provide reasonable guidance and suggestions for improving the customer service satisfaction of A Town Archives in Hebei Province,and effectively broaden the vision of public service of A Town Archives,and put forward new ideas for building a high-quality grass-roots archives in line with the development of the times and the needs of the public.
