Design And Realization Of Financial Management System In China Construction Second Engineering Bureau

With the development of science and technology,human society has gradually realized a comprehensive level of informatization.All companies have realized that the competitiveness of the information society is not only the source and the product itself,but also a large part of it comes from the internal management of the company.China Construction Second Engineering Bureau is a large-scale state-owned enterprise,and earlier adopted manualmanagement makes the workload of financial management very large,the work efficiency and accuracy are relatively low.Nowadays computer technology advances rapidly,and the transformation of the manual management of financial management into computer-assisted management is an inevitable trend in the construction of modern information companies.In order to improve the enterprise's information management,the China Construction Second Bureau hopes to have a set of well-functioning financial management systems to integrate the various business managements of the company,ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information.This paper has designed and developed a financial management system based on the B/S structure model and J2EE application technology for the current situation and requirements of the management with intelligent agent of the China Construction Second Bureau.Determined the main functions of the financial management system are general ledger management,accounts receivable management,report management,cost management,salary management,data analysis,etc,andmanage the financial system through intelligent agents.It discusses the specific design of major functions and the construction of databases,and maximizes the role of financial management systems.This paper also introduces the Java language,J2EE technology and related components,SSH framework technology,ASP.NET technology,ADO.NET technology and the latest relational database SQL Server 2016 used in system design.It also gives opinions and suggestions on possible insufficiency of the system and further improvement of the system.Finally,the function and system test of the completed system were tested.The test results verified that the financial management system can operate normally,and tried to put it into the financial management work of the China Construction Second Engineering Bureau.
