Design And Implementation Of Vocational Colleges Financial Management System Based On J2EE Platform

Financial management is the core content of modern management in vocational colleges, and it is also an important factor to measure the management level of vocational colleges. Financial management system based on web-operation combines the accounting technology, computer technology and network technology together organically, which implements the conversion of all kinds of financial data for electronic information transmission, pro cessing and storage, and it also realizes the automation of the process of financial management. This system can save the financial and human resources by using the system and provide timely and accurate financial information to promote the comprehensive management level of vocational colleges.Aiming the needs at Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic, the thesis designs the financial management system based on J2 EE technology, in order to improve the work efficiency of vocational college ’s financial management, and to realize the comprehensive informatization and networking of financial income, financial expenditure, budget management, asset management and other work. Based on the actual working condition of the college, the thesis analyzes the proce ss of daily financial management work scientifically. According to the target and content of financial management, it also analyzes the software requirements of the college in terms of financial management, and determines the design and development of the principles and overall thinking. Adopting the idea of modular design, this project makes a detailed classification of the role and functions of the system, and illuminates users’ interactive function, and designs each function module in detail, at the same time, it designs the concept structure and logical structure of the system database in detail according to the characteristics of the financial management system. By using J2 EE technology and Oracle database technology as a development tool, this project carries on the software design on B/S structure architecture according to the principle of the system development, and based on the SSH framework. Finally, this project has tested on the system function, and analyzed the test results. This system realizes the functions of system management, income management, expenditure management, fund management, asset management and other functions. And closed to the actual situation of the financial work of the college, the system realizes the comprehensive informatization of the business operation as well.This financial management system has obtained the certain effect in the practical application, and has achieved the expected goals, meanwhile, provides a reference model for other similar system.
