Secondary Vocational Technical College Financial Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology and progress, distributed management system has been widely used in government and enterprises, e-commerce, financial securities and other colleges and universities office automation management process, and achieved good results. Zhongshan Torch Development Zone, Career Technical College has authority over the administrative departments and the primary school, and with the increase in the number of courses, increased significantly, resulting in the college financial management work is more and more heavy, the annual financial budget, expenditure management, resulted in a large number of financial management of basic data can not get effective treatment, easily cause of making mistakes. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency, the quality of the college financial management, make contribution for the development of the college, this paper analyzes the demand of the system seriously, the main function is derived in this paper, using J2 EE technology, database technology, C/S system development and implementation of Career Technical College financial management system with perfect function. Through the analysis, the main work of this paper includes the following three aspects:Firstly, this thesis use the UML use case diagram for investigation and analysis of the system is derived, the logic of the system business functions, including the main function of the five aspects of data center management, budget management, expenditure management, financial management and reporting center management, and the use of structured flowchart has carried on the design, ready to make a the improvement of the financial management system.Secondly, this thesis use the hybrid architecture model, and developed a better performance of financial management system development. In this paper, in the process of system design, using SOA architecture and C/S architecture, the system can be expanded to achieve performance, the system can be used in both inside and outside the network can work, improve the applicability of the system.Thirdly, this thesis use the JSP technology, JavaBean technology and database technology to develop the financial management system, a fully functional implementation, system deployment and operation, can effectively improve the college's financial management work quality and efficiency, reduce the workload of staff of financial management, plays an important role and significance.
