Design And Implementationof Enterprise Financial Management System Based On J2EE

With the development of Internet of things ? cloud computing and big data,network is constantly expanded and applied in the enterprise and enterprise management mode is greatly changed.The traditional manual management mode has been gradually replaced with the information networking management mode.By using the advanced computer technology,we create financial management information system,which fully absorbs the new management concept and management mode.The system not only can show the enterprise management situation and analyze of the data information,but also can enhance the financial management capacity and provide the basis for business decisions.In this paper,we study the comprehensive analysis for the basic needs of enterprise financial management system.According to the basic principles of software engineering development and design,we has developed the system,which considers financial management as the core and is integrated with the marketing management?procurement management?inventory management?report management?service management?customer management and sales management.The system makes them an organic whole.And we have carried out detail research and design for the function modules of the system,which put forward a set of relatively complete solutions for the development of the system.According to the enterprise actual situation,we choose the developed technology framework and J2 EE development platform,and use the form of Web three-layer structure to develop and design financial information management system.In order to better implement the system management functions,we analyze the characteristics of C/S architecture and B/S structure.After considering,we adopt B/S structure to design the system.In the process of system development,we use SQL Server database and system development environment My Eclipse,use the UML technology to design each system function module,and usethree framework technology SSH for system development.First of all,the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of financial management systemand introduces the related technologies of the system;Secondly,we perform the demand analysis of enterprise financial management system,which mainly includes functional requirement and non-functional requirement analysis;Thirdly,we carry out the detailed design for system,including the system overall technical architecture design,main function module design and database design;Finally,we implement and test the system,show some main module interfaces,and test the corresponding part function.The test results basically achive the software system design demands.Based on the principle of the operation simpleness,efficiency and convenience,this system is developed and improves the efficiency of the system running.It improves the system efficiency and automation processing capacity.At the same time,it improves the employee's work efficiency and enthusiasm.This article mainly has the following two innovation:(1)Adopting J2 EE technology ? B/S architecture and SSH framework for development,this system has a good scalability and low coupling.At the same time,we increased other related financial management modes,which make various departments more united and improve the coordination of dep artments and the whole efficiency of enterprises;(2)In order to better help business operators to adjust and strengthen the company's strategic planning and change financial management behavior,this article introduces value indicator EVA into the financial management system,which help companies to make better decisions on the road to seek to improve their value.
