Design And Implementation Of Media Company Financial Management System

In order to improve the efficiency and standardization of finan cial management of media companies,and to solve the problems of large amount of data redundancy,financial accounting management and evaluation ability in the current financial system of media companies,this paper designs and implements a financial management system of media companies.In the design process of the financial management system of the media company,the advantages of various technologies such as cloud technology,J2 EE related technology and SSH framework are fully utilized,and the framework of the system and various functional modules are designed.In order to solve the problem of massive data storage and utilization,the distributed storage technology of the Android platform and the storage method of MySQL database are used in the system to ensure the safe and reliable transmission of data storage.In the system,the data acquisition,data preprocessing,hybrid storage and data access of cloud computing storage are designed and implemented respectively.In order to help managers make financial decisions faster and more accurately,the system uses K-means algorithm.The financial statements are analyzed to output the corresponding financial risk analysis results for management reference.On the functional modules of the system,functional modules such as user management,budget management financial accounting management,and salary management are designed according to the user's actual use requirements,which basically meets the actual needs of the media company users for the financial management system.After the system development is completed,the system has been fully tested in terms of functions and performance.The test results show that the system meets the needs of users and can be put into normal use.The system makes full use of the massive data existing in the financial system of the media company,uses the K-means algorithm to analyze the information data in the financial statements,outputs the corresponding financial data analysis results,and quantitatively manages the financial status of the media companies for the media.The company's decisions provide strong data support.In addition,based on the advantages of cloud computing distributed storage and other related technologies,the efficiency and standardization of financial management of media companies are improved,and at the same time,the problems of large amount of data redundancy,financial accounting management and budget management in the current financial system of media companies are solved.
