Design And Implementation Of Juvenile Offender Management System Based On Data Mining Technology

Since China's reform and opening up,with the rapid economic growth,people's living standards have also increased,and the things that our teenagers come into contact with are also more extensive.As teenagers are in their infancy,their ambition level has not been improved,with the increase of more juvenile crimes.At present,the public security organs in our country already have a large amount of relevant data on juvenile crimes.How to use these data with information technology to ass ist the police in handling cases is one of the key problems now facing the public security organs.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a convenient and effective juvenile crime management system based on data mining technology to complete th e file management and data analysis of juvenile criminals.The purpose of the project is to develop an information system with practical guiding significance in the management of juvenile delinquency.The system uses a large amount of information of juven ile offenders available in public security organs to classify and compare such information,comprehensively analyze the same or similar case information,and timely feed back the analysis results to police officers,thus playing a timely and effective role in using information technology to increase the efficiency of criminal management.The whole system includes system login module,user management module,file management module,data import module and data mining module.The file management module is a module that controls the basic information of criminals recorded in the existing public security organs.The user management module is a functional module for managing user information and authority of different personnel in the system.The data import module is a functional module for importing the relevant data to be analyzed of juvenile criminals.The data mining module uses Apriori association algorithm to classify and mine criminals' information.From the initial demand for data analysis of juvenile offenders,the subject further completed the design and implementation of each functional module of the system to the final test.The subject uses Java language to develop the system,MVC architecture to build the system,SQL Server database to manage t he system data,and MyEclipse software development tools to complete the compilation of the system.At present,the system has been put into the actual data analysis and management of juvenile offenders through trial operation,effectively improving the efficiency of the public security organs in the process of handling cases,and has been well received by users,reflecting certain social benefits.
