With the development of standardized and scientific management of colleges and universities,the introduction of the management system of the Office of Academic Affairs is becoming more and more detailed for teachers and students.The teaching system is more systematic and the process of operation is expanding.Attendance management has also become increasingly important.Student attendance data can provide reference data for college teaching evaluation.In this situation,we develop a set of efficient time and attendance system,can enhance the management of college students to collect information and real-time grasp the attendance of teachers and students attendance,and through computer technology to teachers and student information real-time docking,and the use of Android platform Just to speed up the collection and processing of information,is to improve the efficiency of personnel management play an important role.Attendance management system using mobile attendance to reduce the teacher's attendance work pressure for the educational administration provides first-hand data,the construction of information technology in colleges and universities have a very important significance.This paper introduces the construction process of the attendance system.The developed system is based on the B / S architecture.It connects to the SQL Server database through the Android client.It mainly includes four parts: demand analysis,system detailed design,system implementation and system test.In the actual development process,SSH(Struts2,Spring,Hibernate)framework technology is introduced to improve the efficiency of system development.The final system has the advantages of stable operation,easy to use and practicality.Android-based student attendance management system is divided into four modules,namely,teachers generate time and attendance two-dimensional code module,student sweep code attendance module,teacher query attendance record module and teachers manually change attendance record module,first by the teacher before the school attendance Of the two-dimensional code for projection,twodimensional code contains course information,students within the specified timesweep time and attendance,due to late,absentee and leave the students can manually add,modify or delete attendance records.Teachers through the statistical analysis of the records of the attendance of the students get late,leave early,absenteeism,leave information,and on this basis,the students usually score the assessment score.Attendance system is part of the information system construction of colleges and universities,the attendance management system through Android phone to complete the operation,visualization strong,simple operation,stable performance,with a wide range of user groups.
