With the development direction of the industrial control moving in complex network control, the control designers have not only to solve various types of underlying real-time control problems, but also to consider the problems of automation caused by information integration of the upper management. In recent years, with the rising costs of market labor and raw material, the pressure increases a lot on the operation of textile enterprises. And the organization continues to expand, the information management and decision-making of enterprise has become relatively complex. It is significant to make construction of office automation information system for these enterprises. Therefore, this paper studies the information construction for production and management of a textile enterprise, and an OA system which supports the production auxiliary decision is designed and implemented. The system can not only improve the efficiency of administrative offices, but also can reduce the cost of production management, and help to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly, based on the actual situation of the enterprise and the customer demand, this paper carried out a detailed demand analysis research of enterprise OA system, and figured out the main business process and the system's main objectives. After that, the design of the whole system function was completed.According to the investigation of spinning production, we analyzed and identified the main influencing factors of spinning material dosage. With the input of these influencing factors, a BP neural network prediction model was established to predict the raw material consumption of spinning production. The history order data was used to validate the model and the result testified the BP neural network prediction model was feasible.Then this paper studied the cost control problem of enterprise. Based on the analysis of the factors those affect the cost, this paper put forward a method of cost control assessment which uses assessment scoring of spinning workshop to manage cost, and constructed the mathematical model between the evaluation coefficient and the cost. Through the training of historical data, we obtained function expression of the model. And last we built a cost optimization model and used the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve it. The calculation result shows the method can obtain the optimal cost in the effective range.Finally, we designed the overall architecture of this OA system, and expounded the interface design principles and program design thought during the development of the system. Then we designed the system database. This system was developed using ASP.NET technology and Microsoft SQL SERVER. This paper finally selects some representative examples to thoroughly describe the difficulty and emphasis in process of developing this enterprise OA system.
