The Design Of Robot Taxation Systems For The Tax Service Agency Based On B/S Structure

Recently,with the rapid development of information and robotics technologies,as well as the e-government adopted in administrative affairs,service robots gradually integrate into our lives according to their features such as flexibility,high intelligence,and cloud data processing.As for the tax authorities,e-taxes have already been introduced,but there exist such difficulties as the busy tax guides,the limited taxpayers' knowledge,and the influence of human emotions,the necessary tax professional training,the low efficiency due to long-time guidance or overwork.The above problems may lead to serious impact ono the tax service level in the taxation hall.In this paper,after investigatingstudying the current taxation needs and the latest information trends,we take service robots as the practical platform and the B/S model as the network structure,and complete the design of the tax guide system for service robots by the JAVA language technology based on the Myeclipse development platform and then the SQL Server database.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Study the state of art of investment and application of e-government,analyze the existed problems and future direction;Compare the feasibility of different robots that can be used in the taxation hall as a new type of tax guider.Meanwhile,consider the current drawbacks of the system used in the tax authorities and provide the improvement methods.2.Attempting to meet the requirements of taxpayers,from the practical point of view,according to different types of requirements,the system functions are carried out and the interface of softwares are determined to guarantee the operating performance.3.Design the system by means of SSH framework technology,based on tax related matters related to tax matters of tax authorities.(1)The tax information management sub-system is designed,which mainly includes two modules of publicity and advisory services and tax services,fulfilling more simple tax-related matters,pre-filling and consulting services,policies and regulations publicity and consultation,and the function call of the third period of Gold Tax.(2)The number management subsystem is designed.The subsystem uses the service robot as the number platform,with three modules of number ranking,number distributing and number calling.It can distinguish the number from different types business and their priorities,and then the number may be checked by their two-dimensional codes.4.Construct the internal structure forthe system by SQL Server database,which combine the database structure and relationship between tables with corresponding entities,attributes,etc.,and improve the system functions through the construction of the system database.The design and development of the tax guidance system implements the combination of artificial intelligence and guide tax services together,which may greatly improve the satisfaction degree of the tax service hall,address the problems of taxpayers' expectations,foster a good service image and achieve the final development goal of the system.
