As tourism industry and information technology are developing rapidly in China, Smart Tourism is becoming one of current subjects for research at present. The construction and development of Smart Tourism consists of three aspects, tourism management, tourism service and tourism marketing. As guide service is one of the important parts of tourism service, how to realize quick, mobile and smart guide service with the assistance of information technology is one of the core problems that need to be resolved in the filed of information construction of smart tourism. This dissertation aims to build a mobile guide service system used by administrators and tourists, designs and implements it based on.Net framework. The system is accessible by tourists’ mobile devices like cellphones or tablets, provides the tourists with the in-time self services. The main work of this dissertation includes:(1) Some guide service systems over the world are surveyed, and after some analysis, this dissertation states the developing trend of guide service system. Combining with the pros and cons of most of the guide service systems, this dissertation goes to the goal and significance of the research.(2) Given the questionnaire, the staff and guides were surveyed and requirement was analyzed. Then the dissertation concludes the requirement specification of guide service system, defines the scope and analyzes the key procedures of the system, and constructs tables for database according to E-R models.(3) This dissertation designs the framework of the system, which is powered by.Net framework and integrated with WeChat platform, and constituted by two systems used by administrators and tourists. The administrators are able to upload the guide map, post guide information, including rich information such as photos, pictures and videos; over WeChat platform, tourists are able to get the in-time guide service with positioning functionality provided by mobile devices.Finally, there are some test cases for the system designed and implemented by the dissertation, and the results demonstrate that the system has been working well, and reached the goals.
