Walking outside difficulties is one of the reasons why visually impaired people cannot integrate into society.With the continuous improvement of social living standard,more and more people pay attention to and participate in the construction of barrier-free social environment.At the same time,the popularization and application of 5G communication,artificial intelligence,big data and other new technologies provide strong technical support for the safety of visually impaired people.The research of this project focuses on user experience and provides visually impaired users with a feasible auxiliary device for walking outside safely.It solves the problems such as high learning cost and inconvenient storage for visually impaired people in aspect of walking outside,and effectively help visually impaired users overcome their fear of walking outside at the same time.In this study,visually impaired user's information of walking outside was acquired by user interviews,case observation and other methods.Based on the obtained visually impaired travel data,on the one hand,the user information is analyzed in the way of user experience map to obtain the user's perception and habits in the process of visually impaired walking outside,and further construct the mental map of the visually impaired people to help the human-computer interaction design of the guide robot.On the other hand,it shapes the user context to mine user requirements of blind guiding auxiliary device,and obtains the list of users' needs of it,which serves as the functional reserve for new product development.Finally,user data are summarized to extract user experience elements of blind guiding auxiliary device,and visually impaired users are invited to make importance evaluation,from which the main experience objectives of visually impaired walking outside are screened out,as a reference basis for design focus and experience quality evaluation.In the design practice,sorting out the existing technology of the guide robot,and the preliminary scheme of the guide robot is designed based on the research results of user experience.The initial plan was designed iteratively based on expert review and experience elements,and the final iteration plan included three parts: the overall iteration plan,the interactive plan and the auxiliary software application.The scheme verifies the improvement of user experience to guide robot design and research,and provides a new idea for the follow-up guide robot design and research.
