With the rapid development of the electricity industry,the number of electricity equipment has increased sharply and the overhaul of equipment has become particularly important.The traditional electricity maintenance process is cumbersome and time-consuming.Whether it is in the inspection record or staff scheduling,it can not meet the needs of the current electricity equipment maintenance scheduling management.So how to quickly and effectively complete the maintenance and dispatch management of power devices is urgently needed by power companies.In order to avoid abnormal equipment shutdown caused by equipment failure,meet the maintenance scheduling requirements under the new development mode,the maintenance management of power equipment must rely on advanced technology and management concepts,adopt efficient management methods and use information system support.Only in this way can the safe operation of electrical equipment be guaranteed.After reviewing relevant domestic and international power maintenance scheduling references,I analyze the maintenance and dispatching system at home and abroad,then,after investigating the actual situation of the maintenance and dispatch of the two domestic power companies,design and development of power company maintenance and dispatching system.This system design takes SOA as the guiding ideology,choose a simple and practical ASP.NET framework as system framework,the database uses SQL Server with better security.The final result of this project is the software system for power company maintenance and dispatch management.This paper mainly summarizes the research and implementation of the project,introduced the key technologies used in project development and design and explained the reasons for using these technologies.This paper designs according to the actual situation of power company maintenance and dispatching and analyzes the feasibility of system construction,established the overall construction goals of the system,analyzed the system business flow and data flow according to the requirements design content.Useing the U/C matrix method to divide the functional modules of the system.Finally completed the code implementation of the system.At the end of the paper,the traditional software test method is used to test the system's function and server performance and this paper gives the test results.The writing of this paper mainly describes the mainwork of each stage of the project development according to the software development process.This paper provides a solution for related requirement analysis and system design.It can provide some reference for the power company to construct some related systems.
