This research is based on the development process of Huangshi Company's material management information system.This system is designed after lots of field investigation,in order to meet the demand of computer assisted management,using modern technological advantages such as computing speed and large capacity of storage information,powerful processing logic etc.,it has greatly improved the enterprise management.From management needs especially start from the inquiry of material,signing of contract,first in first out and the decision making,this system is strong pertinence,full-featured,aims to help the enterprise to achieve information management of material and to improve the efficiency of enterprise management.We integrate theory with practice to the overall framework and in this process many practical data had been collected for enterprise management.Till now this system has achieved functions such as daily planning and scheduling,and reduced waste and idling of materials.Main factors of this research are as follows: establish workflow for application,approval,purchasing,in and out and warehouse management;monitoring complete process information of material allocation,the goal is to reduce inventory and optimize material efficiency.Considering current information technical features,response time,implementation cost and talent team of the company.This research analyzed the application of this material management system.This management system has acquired C/S and B/S structure through Asp.net and based on Web API techniques,this system has adapted to the development of enterprise material management,decoupling modules inside and between systems and realized quick share on information layer,it is aiming to eliminate phenomenon of information silo and further to improve company's economic performance.
