As a new kind of synthetic material,rubber sheet has been widely used in industry and People's Daily life with wear,pressure,non-slip,shock resistance and other properties.However,the process of rubber sheet making at present is mostly semi automated,which has the disadvantages of low production efficiency,high cost and no quality assurance and prone to accidents.In order to solve these problems,I design a set of automatic palletizing and weighing equipment of ruber sheet.The main research contents are as follows:1.Using the method of modular design,rubber automatic weighing palletizing equipment is regarded as a big module.And guided by functional division.,It emphasizes the ideas of function and composition.Rubber automatic weighing palletizing equipment is divided into six independent modules: cutting module,action module,stack module,weighing module,transmission module,stacking module.Formulate the whole of the plate and the total scheme of the automatic weighing palletizing equipment.2.According to the plate and the overall scheme of the automatic weighing palletizing equipment,rubber automatic weighing related modules for theoretical analysis and structure design,finally realizes the stacked on the weight of rubber sheet.For rubber sheet stack,lose leakage type stack device is proposed.And the error analysis,the weight setting and the structure design are carried out according to the weighing module.3.Research on the key techniques for stacked rubber sheet stacking.Analyze and design the terminal actuators,pneumatic system structure.Optimize the structure of the end executor.Thesis had a kinematics analysis for palletizing robot,and based on the principle of the shortest itinerary to optimize the inverse kinematics,and get the best combination of palletizing robot joint angle.Through the link function of kinematics simulation of matlab robotic toolbox,the kinematics model is proved to be correct;for palletizing robot trajectory planning simulation,verify the working end executor in the process of operation is more stable and did not produce larger vibration;by analyzing the workspace of robots to determine the scope of work,it guides the position layout of the various.To facilitate the stacked plate and put in storage,handling,loading,transportation analyze the main way of palletizing stacked rubber sheet.4.The development of control system in rubber sheet automatic weighing palletizing equipment were studied.Build the hardware platform of rubber sheet automatic weighing palletizing equipment control system based on touch screen and programmable controller.Develop the software of control system.Analysis and solve the equipment fault in the process of mechanical and electrical system on-line debugging.
