This project is a collaborative development project between the school and the enterprise.The joint study choose the oil seal of the hardware automatic stamping platform as the representative,and ultimately realize the oil seal skeleton products to automatic produce efficiently and reliably.At present,small and medium-sized metal stamping products mainly change the station manually.But the production environment is poor,the production efficiency is low,and there is a great security risk.To improve the working environment of the workers,to avoid the personal injury caused by the failure,misuse,to reduce the troubleshooting time,the expert system is applied to the automatic stamping handling robot and a set of control and self-diagnosis in one control system is designed to achieve the rapid elimination of failure,thus ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the robot.Besides,it has the practical significance for enterprise to reduce production costs and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The paper firstly analyzes the production technology of the oil seal skeleton and the working principle of the manipulator,then sums up the characteristics of the manipulator failure,and then analyzes the factors of the instability of the manipulator and the type of failure that may cause the manipulator.After that,we have a deep analysis towards the failure characteristics of stamping manipulator and the reasons for arousing failures.2.On the basis of deep learning about fault tree analysis and expert system theory,the fault tree of the manipulator is established,and the knowledge base of the expert system is established based on this fault tree.3.Based on the overall principle of the realization of control and fault diagnosis,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the control system of the manipulator,determines the system scheme of the touch screen of the PLC processing industry,analyzes the function of each module in detail,and completes the electrical schematic diagram,wiring diagram and the control and manufacture of control cabinet4.On the basis of completing the hardware selection,the control technology of the manipulator is analyzed in detail,and the software structure frame and software flow chart are drawn on the whole,and the fault handling program is designed.5.The main modules of the expert system of fault diagnosis are designed,including key modules such as knowledge base,reasoning machine,explanatory explanation and human-computer interaction.6.The manipulator expert fault diagnosis system is conducted functional testing,including communication testing,fault diagnosis,troubleshooting tests and so on.Field tests show that the manipulator expert system meets the functional requirements of manufacturers and the successful use of expert system for the stable operation of the manipulator provides reliable assurance.
