The Design & Implementation Of Information Management Subsystem For Garment Company A

The information age has brought opportunities to modern enterprises.Enterprises improve production efficiency and production level through information construction.This research is aimed at the construction of information system for garment enterprises,which has the characteristics of small organizational structure,not large enough scale,low professional quality,backward production equipment,weak market competitiveness,and non-standard market management.Therefore,it needs the support of information system very much.The production information system of garment enterprises is a comprehensive system based on computer network technology and database to deal with the information management needs of enterprises.Aiming at the development process of software outsourcing and the technical characteristics used in the development process,this paper studies the information exchange management system based on Web technology to build B/S architecture.The system adopts the Struts framework.After installing the information management software + WEB server software + database on the server side,and the client can use the system normally through the mainstream browser.In this paper,the technology used in system development is described in detail.On this basis,the main requirements analysis of the system is carried out,and then the demand analysis,function design,coding and testing are mainly carried out on the business of “Check input/output subsystem”,which is mainly used to manage the process from receiving a purchase order from the customer to the shipment.This paper mainly designs the module of "Check input/output" in the information management system,which is a subsystem of the enterprise production information system,including the function modules of adding,querying,modifying,deleting and updating.This module is the core of information system,which enables enterprises to establish a new enterprise management system with timely data transmission,data sharing and intelligent management as the core by relying on information system,so as to help enterprises accurately grasp production cycle,improve management effect and save costs.The purpose of this paper is to improve the management level and information level of enterprises through the application of the system.The use of this system enables the enterprise's management level and production level to keep up with its development speed,so that the enterprise can maintain a higher level of growth.The use of this system combines network technology,computer technology,multimedia technology,which is in line with the mainstream design at this stage.The design of this information management system has played a good role in promoting the business development of enterprises.On the basis of making full use of the original resources and information,it speeds up the information flow and business flow of enterprises,and improves the management efficiency of enterprises and the work efficiency of employees.
